When we set out to make a fine peach brandy, it was for no other reason that we loved making it, drinking it and sharing it!


Persica comes to you after 6-year journey that saw us spend years for planting and caring of 1500 peach trees, 1000`s of hours mastering distillation treatment and processes, customizing equipment, and experimenting with original recipes and different varieties of local fruits.


The result of our love and work is summed up in your glass.

Family-Owned

Persica Peach Orchard & Distillery is owned, managed, and cared for by Manukyan family. We are devoted to the crafting of distinctive and delicious peach brandy that are intended to be shared with close friends and family.

It is always the goal for us to make the highest quality decisions at each stage of farming, making, sustainability, hospitality, and everything in between.

While our brandies are acclaimed, our focus is always on taste, texture, and making the best representation of Persica Brandy, staying true to the house style at Persica Distillery.

We Love Our Orchard

Our peach orchard sits at 1200 m. in village Kanakeravan of Kotayk Region of Armenia. It’s a relatively high elevation, home to cooler temperatures brought by gentle breezes. With its southwest exposure ensuring abundant sunshine, our orchard benefits from the slow, even ripening that promotes steady sugar accumulation in all varieties of our peaches. In early 2018 on our 20.000 sq.m. land we planted and care of 1500 peach trees of three endemic varieties. 



Natural Transformation of Fruit Sugar

Attention to detail and absolute cleanliness are essential from start to finish. This goes for both the harvesting and the processing of the fruit. Once sorted and cleaned, it is then mashed and placed into special vats.

Within just a few hours natural yeast on the fruit’s skin starts to transform fruit sugar into alcohol in a process known as natural fermentation. This could be accelerated using artificial yeast, but that would be contrary to our principles. Instead, we leave the mash to ferment in a 100% natural way. Only then we are able to fully preserve the pure fruit flavor, that we are proud to sip eau de vie style, or barrel aged.

It may seem unbelievable that a single bottle of this brandy requires 8 kilograms of hand-selected peaches grown in our

own orchards just to make a single bottle, and it is. And the result of our love and work is summed up in your glass.

We will deliver your order in Yerevan with love every day, within 24 hours after order confirmation.

In case of purchase up to 20.000 AMD, the delivery cost will be 1. 000 AMD, and for purchases over 20.000 AMD, we will deliver for free.

Experiences at Persica Estate

We welcome you to visit our orchard and distillery tasting room and patio overlooking the Persica peach garden. Enjoy a seated tasting of our current portfolio of brandies. 


  • Available daily from 11 am – 7 pm. The last reservation and final seating time is 6 pm. 
  • AMD 15.000 per person tasting fee, waived with a AMD 35.000 purchase per person
  • Spend up to 90 minutes per reservation
  • Maximum of 6 guests per group
  • Most reservations will be outdoors on our patio. All outdoor reservations are weather dependent. 
  • Children and non-tasters must be included in the total guest count so we can reserve the appropriate size seating.


Please keep in mind that you will be visiting an orchard and production space, so we recommend comfortable footwear to walk the grounds and a flight of stairs.
